When the payment has been made, a green check mark automatically appears on the homepage of your Candidate space next to the link to pay the registration fee. This check mark is a visual means of indicating that your payment has been successfully recorded. If despite this, you still click on the link to pay again, the payment form will no longer allow you to make a payment for the same selection groups, but only for the selection groups that are still available to you.

If, nevertheless, your bank statement shows that you have indeed paid twice, and if you are sure that you did not make a payment for yourself and another separate payment for the registration of another artist you know, then please send us a copy of your bank statement so we can investigate on our side. If there is indeed an error, do not worry, it will be corrected promptly by our team.
