If you have lost your password to access your candidate space, you can reset it.
To do this, go to the login page of your candidate space, and under the form to enter your email address and password, you will find a link “Forgot password?”. Click on this link to display the password reset form. Enter your email address, and click on the button “Reset Password”.
You will receive an email containing a link to click on. This link leads to a page that will ask you to enter a new password for your candidate space.
If you do not receive this message, there are 3 possibilities:
- This message is in the Spam folder of your email messages. So please check this.
- You may have opened your candidate space with a different email address than the one you think. So try to remember what other email address you might have used.
- At the time you opened your candidate space, you made a typo in your email address. In this case, log into your candidate space by entering your email address with the same typo you might have made. Once logged in, go and correct your email address in your profile (“See also” button on the homepage of your candidate space).
If despite this, nothing works, you still cannot log into your candidate space and are in a blocked situation, contact us by opening a ticket and we will try to find a solution.
