You can participate in multiple editions of the Luxembourg Art Prize without any problem. Many finalists have been selected after several participations, and even some winners have won the Luxembourg Art Prize after multiple entries.

With the exception of its President, the selection committee of the museum is renewed every year to allow candidates to present their artistic works to fresh eyes open to new artistic sensibilities. 

In any case, the right to participate in each new edition of the Luxembourg Art Prize must be paid.
