This issue has been identified. It occurs in a very specific situation: when you are connected to a wifi network that is of poor quality, or has intermittent outages, or is overloaded, or is disrupted due to many other wifi networks in your vicinity.

• Solution 1: Try to move around to get a better quality wifi connection, or connect to another wifi network of better quality.
• Solution 2: We have been reported that using the smartphone’s hotspot and connecting to the smartphone’s wifi, thus to the mobile data plan, allows the photo download to proceed without any issues. This is a solution you may also try.
• Solution 3: Many businesses offer free wifi. Try to take advantage of it for a better quality internet connection.
