When you are logged into your candidate space, a user session is open. If nothing happens for a while, your user session will automatically close and you will be logged out of your candidate space, even if the page is still displayed. It’s exactly the same when you are logged into your online banking service. This is a security measure.

Before stepping away from your computer, remember to finish filling out your current form and then validate the form so that it is immediately saved.

In general, do not stay away from your computer for an extended period without saving your input and without logging out by clicking on the “Log out” link in the blue background menu at the top of the page. When you return, you will be able to log in again to your candidate space and continue filling out your application where you left off.
