The regulations allow artists to propose in their application file artistic projects, meaning works that have not yet been physically realized, provided that these works fall into the accepted categories.

In this case, you must provide in your file one or more photos of the artistic project (sketches, for example) instead of photos of the completed work. In the description of the work, you will specify that the proposed work is currently a project that has not yet been completed.
