It is your responsibility to ensure that your application is complete before the submission deadline for applications on September 30. Otherwise, the selection committee will review the applications with only the information provided, even if there is very little or none at all.

The registration fee is not refundable if your application is not complete. The call for applications lasts for a relatively long period of several months to allow everyone to finish or improve their application without stress. All the best conditions are provided by the organization for you to submit your complete application on time.

One piece of advice: do not wait until the last day to complete your application! Each year, there is panic on the last day among some candidates. If you have, for example, a last-minute technical issue on your side, we will not be able to do anything for you!
