Your application file is unique and can be reused each year.

This means that the information it contains is retained from one year to the next. You only need to update the elements that have changed since your last participation, without having to start from scratch. This saves you valuable time and allows you to focus solely on the new additions since your last application. You also have the option to modify your selection of works at any time, until the application call closes, by adding, removing, or replacing works.

It is perfectly acceptable to present works that have already been included in your files from previous years, to remove some, or to add new ones. In fact, with the exception of its president, the museum’s selection committee is renewed annually, providing each candidate the opportunity to submit their creations to a jury that is always different, ready to discover new artistic expressions.

The application file is identical for the three selection groups. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a separate file for each group.

All the works you present are automatically registered in all the groups to which you participate.

If you participated in one or more editions prior to 2019, your previous application files are still accessible, but separately. If you have not yet entered any information in your unique file, then you must copy from your old file to the unique file for all the information that is unchanged.
