Generally speaking, a work of art almost always has fixed dimensions, so you will almost always answer “No” to the form question asking if your work has variable dimensions.
However, there may be cases where different dimensions are possible for the same work.
For example:
– An artistic installation might consist of different elements that can be positioned differently on the ground or in space. In this case, each different positioning changes the total dimension of the work.
– A sculpture can be cast in several copies and at different scales.
– A photograph can be printed on paper in several copies at different scales.
