The name indicated on your artistic merit certificate is the one listed in your application file.

2 possibilities:

• You have indicated an artist name in your administrative profile. In this case, the certificate is issued to this artist name.
• You have not indicated an artist name in your administrative profile. In this case, the certificate is issued to your first name followed by your last name, as indicated in your profile.

If your artist name, first name or last name have errors, you can easily correct these mistakes in your candidate space and download your certificate again.

Please note that issuing a certificate with a new name automatically invalidates the old certificate created. In this case, the QR code of the old certificate will indicate that this old certificate is not valid.

Any misuse automatically blocks the creation of a new certificate for the year in question.
