Q036EN – We’re a collective of artists, how do we create our Application Space?

You must first indicate which of you will be the main point of contact with the Luxembourg Art Prize organization. In our eyes, he/she will be the representative of your collective. Thus, your representative will create an applicant space using the regular form ("Create your Candidate Space" link in the menu bar with the blue background at the top of the page).

Then, once the applicant space is activated, he/she must log in to the account to complete his/her administrative profile. For the question, "Nature of the entry", he/she will simply select "Group entry (collective of artists)" instead of "Individual entry (single artist)". Two additional fields appear in the form; you can use these to enter the name of your collective and the number of members.

As an option, you can indicate the list of all the members making up your collective in the application file located in your Application Space under the section entitled “Comments”.
