If you’ve lost your password needed to access your Application Space, you can easily reset it.
To do this, go to the log in page of your Application Space and under the box for entering your email address and password, you’ll see a “Forgot your password?” link. Click on this link to bring up the password reset form. Enter your email address and click on the “Reset my password” button.
You will receive an email containing a link – you’ll need to click on this. This link will take you to a new page where you’ll be asked to enter a new password to access your Application Space.
If you don’t receive an email, there are three possibilities:
- The message has been sent to your spam email folder. Check this first.
- You created your Application Space using a different email address from the one you thought. Try to remember which email address you used.
- When you created your Application Space, you mistyped your email address. In this case, log into your Application Space using the same email address and with the same typing error as before. Once logged in, correct your email address in your profile (“View also” button on the homepage of your Application Space).
If none of these suggestions work and you still can’t log into your Application Space and are blocked, contact us by logging a ticket and we’ll try to find a solution.
