If you are selected and announced as one of the finalists of the Luxembourg Art Prize – congratulations!
You will then have to think about shipping the artwork selected by the Artistic Committee to Luxembourg.
Remember that the Pinacothèque museum is closed throughout August for the annual summer holidays.
You can send your artwork in July making sure the delivery is received before the end of July or in the first days of September. If you reside in a country outside the European Union, your shipment will have to be cleared by customs. Therefore, it is imperative that you make this shipment in July as customs clearance may take more time.
In all cases, your artwork must be in Luxembourg before 15 September. The Pinacothèque will cover all the shipping costs. Make sure you keep any receipts and shipping invoices. They will be required to reimburse you.
If you are sending a digital photograph, you can send the work via Wetransfer.com to the Pinacothèque. We will send you the email address at the relevant time. The Pinacothèque will professionally print your digital photographs (on paper) in accordance with the dimensions indicated in your file.
