This often occurs if you created several Application Spaces with different email addresses.
- You opened an account with an email address and you made payment from this account
- You created an account using another email address. When you log into this account, you notice that your payment does not appear.
- The system can’t see that it is the same person who created two different Application Spaces. In this case, try to remember in which account you made your payment and continue your application using this account so that everything is in the same account.
Under no circumstances should you make payments to one account and fill in your application file in another. The system will not allow you to complete your file by entering information in several different Application Spaces.
