You are free to include any work that you like in your application, even if a piece has already been sold.
The Luxembourg Art Prize isn’t an exhibition, it’s an international prize. Whether or not you are selected as a finalist, you won’t be required to send your pieces to the museum or to travel to Luxembourg.
So if the pieces included in your application aren’t available, there’s no cause for concern.
